Pinner, of Pontiac, Mich., became the bride of Ray L. Y,elch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Welch, of Franklin, in a ccremony solemnized at the Parkdale Church of Nazarene in Pontiac at 8 p. m. February 11. The Rev. T. C. Ruddle officiat ed. The bride, who was given In narriage by her father, was dressed In a white satin gown, Ishioned with a sweetheart ntxkllne, long, pointed sleeves nd a train of lace ruffle cas cades. A beaded head piece held her veil of imported illusion, "id she carried white carna tions and roses on a white Bible. A program of nuptial music was presented. More than 300 relatives and friends witnessed the candle light ceremony, which marked the thirty-second wedding an niversary of the brides parents. Following a honeymoon in the East, the couple are making their home on West Beverly avenue in Pontiac. MISS JARVIS LEDFORD BRIDE OF SGT. BAILEY Miss Jarvis Ledlord, daughter of Mrs. R. M. Ledford, and of the late Mr. Ledford, was mar ried to S. Sgt. Addison A. Bailey, son of A. A. Bailey, and of the late Mrs. Bailey, of Como, Texas, March 5 at 7:30 p. m. at the First Baptist church here. The ceremony was performed by the pastor, the Rev. Charles E. Parker. The church was decorated with White gladioli and bridal wreath against a background .of greenry, and the vows were spoken before an arch of white, topped with a large bow, and dotted with sprigs of fern. Her fingertip veil of illusion, bordered with white lace, was attached to a coronet of orange blossoms. She cari'ied a white prayer book with an orchid. Mrs. K. R. Helton, who was matron of honor, wore a gown of orchid taffeta, matching mitts, and ruffled halo of matching material. She carried a nosegay Of yellow carnations. Miss Rebecca Wilson, _ of Greenville, S. C., was maid of honor, and Mrs. Cecil Brown and Mrs. Carl Bradley, both of Greenville, were bridesjnaids.
