More than nine dairymen in Rabun county are selling whole milk in North Carolina. This milk is inspected by Geor gia state inspectors and accept ed by North Carolina. 3. North Ca'.olina inspectors examine and check the Nanta liala dairy. 4. If North Carolina stopped ?'ie sale of Georgia milk within her borders it would seriously damage the agricultural econ omy of Rabun county. 5. It is the opinion of those signing the resolution that the regulation now being enforced by the agriculture department of Georgia is in violation of in terstate commerce regulations and the Constitution of the United States, and inasmuch as such regulations "do unreason ably restrain and paralize com merce between the State of Georgia and the State of North Carolina", such rules and regu lations should be "revoked, abandoned, and made null and void". Erwin Patton, of the Nanta hala dairy, said this week that, to his knowledge, Mr. Llnder had not withdrawn his order and therefore the dairy here is not delivering milk in Rabun county. He added, however, that many customers there are driv ing to Franklin to obtain their milk.
