COOPER'S PUPILS PLAN SATURDAY RECITAL Mrs. Margaret Cooper will present her piano students in the second of a series of recitals Saturday afternoon at the Franklin Presbyterian Church. Two groups will play. Students from the 1st through the 6th grades will play at 3 o'clock, and those from the 7th grade and older at 4 o'clock. Parents and friends are invited to come. Judson Dills, of Franklin, has been seriously ill here for the past two weeks. Steve and Olen Passmore, of Franklin, have been admitted for treatment. Jones bas been presented a life membership and accompanying pin in the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the Franklin Metho dist Church. The presentation was made at the December meeting of the society. The award was made by Circle So. 2. Miss Jones is now serving aa president of the WaynesvUle W. S. C. S. district and also heads the local society. The honor has been bestowed on a tout four women in the Tfl year history of the local society.
