Hill Is Chief Horticulturist Harry F. Hill, son of the late Mr. a*d Mrs. Frank Hill, of Horse Cove, Is chief horticultur ist In charge of the nurseries for the U. 8. Naval Corps on the East Coast. His headquarters are at Camp LeJeune. During the* past two years he has had several im port&nt landscaping commis sions, Including the landscaping of the grounds of some of the government buildings in Wash ington, D. C. Mrs. Jack Cabe, religious lead er, explained the Town and Country Church Development Program and it was agreed that the community would en ter. Assistant County Agent T. H. Fagg and Mrs. Jessie D. Cabe, assistant home agent, explain ed the Importance of 4-H work in a community and urged the appointment of neighborhood leaders to assist with the 4-H work. The neighborhood leaders chosen for this community were Paul Ammons, Ruby Am nions and Harry Kinsland, Cat Creek; and Walter Taylor and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Justice, Rab bit Creek.
