A large group of 4-H raem ! bers and prospective members attended and three of them took part in the program. Mrs. Wiley Brown gave a foods and nutrition demonstration, using casserole dishes. A committee was appointed to I investigate sites for community i picnic grounds and arrange i ments were made to start re pair work on the church imme diately. A generous application ' of fertilizer already has been applied to the church grounds and cemetery. Windy Gap Church Plans Group Meet The theme, ??Visitation", will be used at a Sunday School group meeting Sunday at 2:30 p. m. at the Windy Gap Bap tist Church, it has been an j nounced. SANDERS (Community Reporter) The three communities of the Union School District, Prentiss, West Union, and Longvlew, met March 18 and the following business was transacted: It was decided to build tables for the road-side park. Elmon. Tegcue is donating lumber far the table tops. Also, each Saturday Is set m a work day on the cemeteries In the district. It has been agreed that mem bers of each church furnish labor for the individual church cemeteries, aside from the two already worked on. The associa tions will supply seed, lime, and fertilizer for all. Everyone who is unable to help with free labor is request ed to give a donation for seed, etc. Don't forget, Saturday is cem etery day for all communities. Send donations to Jess L.
