of the annual Franklin Garden
Club's lighting contest the night
of December 23. This contest
features three divisions; home
decorations, commercial dis
plays, and publte buildings.
Decorations may be outside,
window or doorway, and figures,
religious or otherwise. Flower
containers ? now on display at
The Fashion Shop ? are being
offered this year as prizes.
The Highlands Garden Club's
contest was judged last (Wed
nesday) night. The club is
awarding a prize for the best
decorations visible from the
outside and the chamber of
commerce also is giving a prize
to the best business display.
