Church of Christ FRANKLIN Bible Stady It a. ?>. Worship U a. m. Services Of Macon County Churches THROUGH DARKNESS Clouds, smoke and fog over the city ? darkness envel oping the streets ? the church spires hidden! Presently the sun's rays pierce the clouds ? the fog lifts ? once more the church spires will point toward heaven for all to see. So it is with life. Men and women grope about in darkness; clouds of doubt and the smoke of unbelief shut out God's glorious light. Then church bells peal ? eyes and footsteps turn toward the house of God. As sunlight dispels physical darkness, so God's message lifts the darkness from men's souls. Are you hearing that message ? It sounds particularly clear on Palm Sunday morning wheft the story of Christ's triumphant entrance into Jerusaleni is re called. The Church invites you. Will you come? THE CHURCH FOR ALL . . . ALL FOR THE CHURCH The Church is the greatest factor on earth lor the building of character, and good citizenship. It is a storehouse of spiritual values. Without a strong Church, neither democracy nor civilization can survive. There are four sound reasons why every person should attend services regularly and support the Church. They are: (1) For his own sake (2) For his children's sake. (3) For the sake of his community and nation. (4) For the sake of the Church itself, which needs his moral and material support. Plan to go to church regu larly and read your Bible daily. Day Be Sunday Jo... Monday John Tuesd*v Book wunuay. . Monday Tuesday John Wednesday.'.' -i0!"1 Thursday. -J0?n Friday John Saturday*.
