The Chamber of Commerce and the town of Franklin earnestly enlist the cooperation of all the people in trying to make Franklin a cleaner and better place to live. We hope each neighborhood will try to be the cleanest one. Additional men and trucks will be available during this time to pick up the extra trash. It is requested that everyone burn everything possible to save the expense of hauling. Town trucks will pick up everything that can't be burned if it is placed where they can get to it. Let's All Work Together to Give Franklin a Real Spring Cleaning and Show What a Beautiful Town it is. Thanks for the fine job we know will be done.
