Bullock Girl Chosen
As Orchestra Soloist
In the final audition on Oct. 19
in Chapel Hill, Betty Bullock, of
Hamlet, was selected to appear
as piano soloist with the North
Carolina Symphony Orchestra dur
ing the 1958 season.
She is one of two girls selected
and will play at a date to be an
nounced later.
Betty is the 14-year-old daughter
of Mrs. Virginia McGuire Bullock,
and is the granddaughter of Mrs.
W. B. McGuire, of Franklin.
