In Raleigh Donald Seagle. principal of Cowee School, attended the prin cipals meeting in Raleigh on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thurs day of this week. Mr. Seagle compliments the community for its good behavior during Hallowe'en. He said there was no damage done and nothing out of order, and this speaks well for the school and the commun ity.
