Greig Miss Mildred Gregory and Will iam Grant Greig were married Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at the Millford Hills Baptist Chapel in Salisbury. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Parker Gregory, of Franklin. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William B. Greig of Honolulu. Hawaii. The Rev. Charles R. Lemley per formed the double-ring ceremony. Miss Gregory wore a white pole de soie dress with alencon lace and a Juliet cap with a face veil. She carried a white prayer book. The couple entered the church M'CALL DIES IN ILLINOIS Macon Native Was III A Week; Rites Here Hlllard Leslie McCall. 37, a native of Macon County and the Cowee community, died June 13 in a V.A. hospital in Hines, 111., following an operation and an ill ness which had stricken him one week earlier. Funeral services were held Fri day, June 17, in the Clear Creek Baptist Church and burial follow ed in the church cemetery. Mr. McCall was born Oct. 25, 1922, the son of Mrs. Oertrude Carpenter McCall and the late Henry Lawrence McCall. He lived most of his life in Manteno. 111., where he worked as a mechanic and service station operator. He married Miss Frances Brocklesby. of Delaware, Ohio, in Clayton, Ga., on Oct. 20, 1947. He was a member of the Coweta Baptist Church and a veteran of the Air Corp. in World War n. serving from 1943 to 1945 in the European theatre of action. Officiating at the funeral was the Rev. Oscar Nix. Pallbearers were J. P. Tlnsley, Robert Essex. Fred Asbury, Robert Bell, Robert Stewart, and Jack Shope. Surwiing relatives include the widow, Mrs. Frances Brocklesby McCall; his mother, Mrs. Oertrude McCall, of Dillard, Ga., Route 1; one step-son, Phillip, of the home; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Joy Tlnsley, of Brevard and Phyllis and Cheryl, of the home; six brothers, Raymond McCall, of Lakeland.
