J. Blue Will Build On Knollwood Heights By April 1 Halbert J. Blue expects to start work on the new -house he will build on his lots at the Corner of Midland Road and Crest Road on Knollwood Heights. A. B. Yeomans has the plans almost complete, and far enough along that the drawings show a fine big house, 108 feet on the long dimension, two stories, of brick and siding, colonial style, with the fine effects that Yeomans seems able to give any building he designs. The new house will front on Crest Road, about 60 feet from the border of the property, with a picturesque gable effect toward the Midland road, and the building arranged to fit the contour of the ground. Mr. Blue has a magnificent location, on the top of the hill, and enough variation in topography to provide the features the architect needed. Miss Thelma Cole was the dinner] hill. The frame has been raised, and the building begins to show its character. It will make an attractive place there between the Fairway drive and the No. 18 fairway. It will proceed rapidly now.
