Weymouth has crossed the ridge and is moving toward the valley, where a number of excellent home sites are to be found. Prophets say the land out toward Fort Bragg will one of thetse days be taken in larger hold ings for country estates, and the continued retire ment of piece after piece from the market gives support to that theory. Not a great deal remains now that is not in strong hands. That means a wonderful neighborhood from the hill top to the fort boundary. But no more land is being made out that way. The time to get a Weymouth building site is now. 9^ S ♦♦ ♦♦ s s. B. RICHARDSON, Inc. ARCADE BinLPING Southern Pines, N.
