desire to express to the public of Moore County their thanks for the
generous support given during the contest which ended on Monday
afternoon. The Pilot appreciates the cordial reception accorded represen
tatives during the campaign for additional subscribers, and takes pride
in the county-wide spirit of cooperation manifested on the part of the
people. It pledges itself to greater service for the upbuilding and future
prosperity of the Sandhill section, and believes that with its increased
circulation it is better able to champion the cause of right and justice
for all.
