Ruggles left Tuesday morning for Kingsport, Tenn., where they will visit their son, Albert Ruggles. Monday after noon a representative of the govern ment was in Hemp investigating the matter. It is very likely an arrange ment will be made whereby the mail from Sanford, which now stops at Carthage will be continued to Hemp.
