Herr, president of the Chamber of Commerce, made a splendid ta]k on Southern Pines as a winter resort and an ideal piace to live. RICHARDSON REQUISITIONS 1,200 BARRELS OF FLOUR S. B. Richardson of Southern Pines has sent in to the .American Red Cross a requisition for 1,200 barrels of flour for the county’s poor and needy.
