by His Honor, F. Donald Phillips,
Judge presiding over the Courts of '
the Thirteenth Judicial District in an
action now pending in the Superior
Court of Moore County Wherein Gur
ney P. Hood, Commissioner of Banks

contained in a decree of confirma
