T. Holland of the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey announced here today. These judges, who will also award the 124 cash prizes, are H. T. Web ster, cartoonist and creator of the commic strip character "Casper Mil quetoast”, Bill Terry, manager of the New York Giants, Dorothy Dunbar Bromley, women’s page editor of the New York World-Telegram, Harold F. Blanhard, technical editor of the magazine Motor, and Otto W. Fuhr- mann, director of the division of gra phic arts of New York University. The second of the four pictures for which entrants must select titles has already appeared in the newspapers || and the others will follow shortly, ac- cording to Mr. Holland, who also :: pointed out that entrants must sub- |j mit together all four pictures with tt the selected titles and their 100-word jj testants, in any Esso Marketer ad-' vertising or publicity matter. It is further understood that we cannot | undertake to return any entries, or enter into correspondence concerning | them. 10. When submitting your entry, be sure your full name and address ai'e printed on it clearly, and use first cla.ss mail with enough postage. 11. In case of ties, duplicate prizes will be awarded. 12. C. 1. You are not required to make any purchase, or pay any entry fee to enter this contest. It is absolutely free. 2. Any person who is a car or truck owner and resides in any of the follow’ing states, except employees of the Standard Oil Company (New Jersey I and its subsidiaries, their ad vertising agencies and their families, may enter this contest: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jer sey, North Carolina, South Carolina, V'irginia, New York, Massachusetts, District of Columbia. West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee. 3.
