(No Matinee) in “Salty O’Rourke,” which marks the return of Alan Ladd, complete with gun, to the type of story he is meant for, a melodrarrva of the race tracks. It is a thoroughbred racing picture from starting gate to finish line, with plenty of sus pense, color, action and a whirl wind climax that will furnish en tertainment bonus for all who fancy such fare.
