byterian Church, Sanford, for
Robert Mclver Monger
suddenly at his home In Sanford
early I'riday morning.
Chalmers McCutchen officiated
and burial was in Buffalo ceme
tery near Sanfcrd.
Mr. Monger was widely known
in this area, especially for his in
terest in local history. He regular
ly attended the annual homecom
ing at Old Bethesda Presbyterian
Church near Aberdeen. He was
the son of the late John M. and
Ann Mclver Monger and was born
in Sanford.
Surviving are two brothers,
John H. and Ralph Monger, and
a sister Mrs. E. B. Stroud.
on Monday, December 7, 1953, sell
to the highest bidder for cash the
following described real estate to
satisfy unpaid taxes for the year
1952. Time of sale: 12 o’clock
