Meeting Is Held
Mrs. Lewis Marts was elected
president of the Pinebluff Library
association at the annual meeting
held last Thursday evening at the
library.
Also elected were two new di
rectors, Mrs. Harvey Lathan and
Mrs. Ehrman Pickier. Other di
rectors are Mrs. Leon Wylie and
Mrs. Eutice Mille.s
Mrs. Timothy Cleary presided
over the business meeting. Mrs.
Leon Wylie gave the treasurer’s
report, read the minutes and also
gave the annual librarian’s report,
which showed a total of 3,327
books loaned out during the year,
to 1,571 patrons.
The total of books loaned out
included 1,550 juvenile works,
1,232 fiction and the remainder
non-fiction.
