OX 5-5321 Science Fair Planned By County Schools The science teachers of Moore County schools have decided to have a County Science Fair in some central location, with each high school contributing. The projects are to be judged and the winners will represent the coun ty in the state contests, said C. E. Powers, guidance director for the county school system. The group elected Bob Rogers, science teacher at Aberdeen High School, chairman. Hp appointed a planning committee to draw up the regulations, Bert Smith, Car thage High School; Wilton Pow ers, Elise High School, and Mrs. Delma Finch, Vass-Lakeview High School. The science teachers agreed to meet again on Wednesday, Oc tober 21. The other science teachers of the county schools are: Danny Lee Roberts, Elise; James F. Womble, Cameron; Miss Jane T. Lewis, Farm Life; Neil W. Mc- Innis, and Charles S. Richardson, West End; Mrs. Faye H. Powers, Highfalls; and W. R. Ritter, Jr., Westmoore. The county school system in cludes all schools of the county except those at Southern Pines and Pinehuj-sjt.
