Mrs. Tyson with Nelle and Billy divi ded the time with Mr. and Mrs. Mark Edwards in Goldsboro and 4 Mr. and Mrs. Gardner in Rocky Mount. Mrs. Tyson attended the luncheon for ministers’ wives. Of particular interest to this com munity is the appointment of the Rev. Pearce Layfield of Tabor City as a trustee to the Metho dist Children’s Home in Raleigh. Attending the Methodist Church camp at Chestnut Ridge last week v/ere Helen Hanner and Christine Sutphin. At Methodist camp Don Lee are Libba and William John son and Vernon Sutphin. Hanner. Mrs. Gerald Cheek, with her four little daughters of Albuquer que, N. M., are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Hurley Cheek. Gerald will join his family here soon.
