The three first-named Ne groes were apprehended at Hicks' Ford, G.-ecnsville county, Va. Anthony and Roy were at the time in company with tinse apprehended, but effected their es cape. Frank was left by the party some 20 or 30 miles beyond Halifax, N. C. snd Isaic some 5 or 10 miles on this side cf Halifax, both complaining of sickness end unable to travel. Frank is a small cia;k fellow, and about 22 years of age -Isaac is a stout young fellow, about .'1 years of age, complexion rather yel ry.'F!oy is a slender black fellow, n b'Jt 20 years of acre and Anthony is s stout hu iit black feliow,about 23 years jfac no particular marks recollected.
