The plantation is now in excellent repair and under a first-rate fence and is sufficiently large, to work 10 or 12 hands to an advantage, with several ne ver failing springs and branches, wtiich make it very convenient for watering stock, &c. I particularly invite all per sons disposed to purchase, to call and examine for themselves as 1 shall re move to Florida by the spring. To one who is determined to remain in North-Carolina such a situation is truly desirable, in point of truth it is not sur passed by any in the county.
