Tea and Coffee.-A cor res-, pondent of the New-York-Evening Post, writing from Washing ton under date 13th ult. says: "Contrary to my first impression, that nothing would be done with the Tariff' during the present ses sion, I now think that the duties on tea and coffee will be reduced independently of other articles.
