Battle and the late Sherwood Hay- wood, and lies in one of the most ele gant farming sections of country in North-Carolina. It is improved by buildings and orchards, and contains About 750 Acres. Its soil is well adapted to all the ordina ry products of this part of the State, and particularly to the cultivation of Cotton. It is now under crop, and persons desi rous of purchasing are better enabled to judge of its quality. The land will not be offered at public sale.
