A bill was introduced yesterday into the House of Commons, creating an additional Judi cial Circuit in the West, and abolishing the pre sent Supreme Court. It provides that the Court in future shall be held by the Circuit Judges, each receiving a salary of S2,000. At an early period of the session the House refused to adopt a resolution, presented by the same gentleman who introduced Ibis bill, directing the Judiciary committee to enquire into the expediency of abolishing the Supreme Court.
