day of August, 192b, which said deed
ol trust, is recorded in the public reg
istry of Martin County in .book Q-2,
at page 422, said deed of trust hav
ing been given for the purpose of se
curing a certain note of even date
and tenor therewith, and the stipu
lations contained in the said deed of
trust not having been complied with,
and default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness thereby
secured and at the request of the hold
er of the said note, the undersigned
trustee will on Saturday, the 13th
day of February, 1926, at 12 o'clock
m., in front of the courthouse door in
the town of Williamston, North Caro
lina, offer for sale to the highest bid
