Ange, Mrs. Laura Martin, and Mr. Joe Martin, of Jamesville, were at the clinic Wed nesday with their children. Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Stubbs returned Wednesday from Wake Forestj where they visited relatives for a few days. Mr. Tom Moore, of. New Bern, vis ited relatives here Wednesday. Miss Delphia Peebles left Wednes day to visitng Mr. afid Mrs. Larry Moo re'at New Bern for several weeks. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Etheridge, of Oak City, were shoppers here this week. Miss Velma Harrison will arrive to morrow from Salem College, where she was a student during the past year. Louis Hornthal and Dr. Ward, of' Plymouth, were visitors here yester day. v _ Mr. and Mrs. S. R. Biggs and chil dren,-Nancy and Billie, left this morn ing for Edenton, where Mrs. Biggs and children will visit her sister, Mrt. Paxie Badham, for some time. They were accompanied by Mrs. J. S. Rhodes. Miss Rita Norton, Robert Everett, and Margaret Ward Jackson, of Ply mouth, left Wednesday for Blackstone Va., to attend the commencement ex ercises at Blackstone College. Mrs. Jordan Ward, of Jamesville, was in town yesterday. Mr. and Mrs. G. A.
