accompanied by Dr. Edgar Morrison

Oa., who were en route to Tarboro to
attend the funeral of Elisha Crom
well, whfl was buried from Cromwell
Hall yesterday. -

Wednesday in town. Mr. Ware is sec
retary of the Christian Churrch in

and Bruce Wynne, who are camping
at Coleraine, will spend Saturday in

John p. Booker, of Winston-Salem,
is -visiting here. John left us some
time ago and went to the Winston-
Salem Journal. He has made good,

now chief proofreader for his paper,
which is one of the largest in the
