Tornado Sweeps Over Northern Arkansas A tronado o# great fury swept through several counties in Northern Aikansas yesterday, destroying hun-, ureds of buildings; and, according to incomplete reports, 13 people were killed. Two small towns, Heber springs .and Opelo, were practically hid flat. The Red Cross and other relief agencies are' rushing assistance in the form of food, clothing, nurses and medical aid, and are all taking care of the dead.
