! School District, number four (4),

i the Board of Education of Martin
County, and in accordance with the
I provisions of Article 17 of the New
1 School Code of 1923,
Notice is hereby given that an elec
tion will be held at the school build
ing of said district on the 22nd day
of May,. 1929, in said district, which
is described for the pur
j pose of ascertaining the will of the
i qualified voters of the Cooper's School
District as to whether a majority of
such voters favor the levying and col-
lectmg annually of a special tax with
which to supplement the fund* for fix
(6) month* public school appropriated
by the Board of Education, the rate
of said special tax not to exceed a
maximum of 25 cent* on the SIOO val
uation of all property, real and per
sonal, within the bound* of the dis
trict described as follows:
Beginning in the northeast corner at
a line where the Jamesville School
District intersects Poplar Run School
District; running with this district
boundary to Ange School District line,
then southeast to Griffins Township

favor of the levy and collecting an
nually of a special tax of not more than
