Matthews-Everett ♦ A marriage of much interest to a wide circle of friends in this section and throughout the State was sol emnised in the Christian church at Robersonville last Friday evening when Miss Ellene Everett, of that place, became the bride of Mr. Wil liam M. Matthews, of Wilson. The bride's pastor, Rev. C. B. Mash burn, officiated. Mre. Matthews is the charming young daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Everett, of Robersonville. j She was educated in the schools of, that place and at East Carolina Teachers' College, Greenville. Mr.j Matthews is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Matthews, of Wilson, where he will be connected with his father 'in business following their return, j from an extended trip to northern points. A very good program was giv en by the high school pupils, under the direction of their teacher, Miss , Hill.
