I Had Been in 111 Health
For Some Time
I C. T. Johnsort", 57 years old, died at
his home on the Roebuck farm, near
I Hamilton, Monday afternoon at 5:30
■of cancer of the stomach. He had
been in ill health for some time.
, The son of the late Joshua Johnson
and wife, Mr. Johnson was born in
this county and farmed most of his life.
He was a member of the Primitive
Baptist church for a number of years.
| Mrs. Johnson with four children,
j Misses Ruby and Julia Johnson, and
two sons, Ernest and Bruce Johnson,
survive. He also leaves two brothers,
Charlie and George Johnson, both of
| this county, and one sister, Miss Flor
ence Johnson, also of this county.
Funeral services were conducted
from the home Tuesday afternoon at i
3 o'clock by Elders Cowin and Grimes
and interment was in the cemetery
