Here' Yesterday Mr. Robert Everett, of Palmyra, l was a business visitor here yester-' day. Visiting in Durham Mrs. H. M. Clark and little daugh ter, Bettie Sue, are spending several days with relatives in Durham. Returns From Richmond Mr. E. S. Patterson were married in a sim ple ceremony at the mayor's office here last Saturday evening by Jus tice of the Peace Riddick. Only a few close friends were present as wit | nesses. Mrs. Patterson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hester, of Pop lar Point. The young couple will make their home in Poplar Point, , where Mr. Patterson is engaged in j farming.
