Sills is to re port to the court for further judg ment. He was also ordered to pay th?* costs of the vase. Charged with an assault with a deadly weapon and violating the li quor laws, Henry Page was found not H'tiilly on tin- liist count. but wa* scntenced to the roads for thirty days when guilt was established in the sec ond incidence. Eddie Salsbury drew six months on the roads for larceny. Crover Dixon was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly and dam aging property, the court sentencing him to the roads for 30 days.
