SURPRISE FAMILY REUNION
HELD NEAR JAMESVILLE
Mrs. L. D. Gardner was honored
at a surprise family reunion at her
home in Jamesville Township last
Sunday, when her children gathered
there an prepared an elahorate din
ner and showered her with gifts of
various kinds. Mrs. Gardner, con
fined to her bed by ilness, enjoyed
the event greatly, and the occasion
was one of merriment for all.
Dinner was served on tables under
the large oaks in the yard, and fol
towing the meal all the children and
a few invited guests gathered in Mrs.
Garner's room for a general conver
sation.
