MARGOLIS BROTHERS As a further meains of proof, the dean suggested that farmers notify their local committeemen, or their .?ounty agent's Office, whenever they carry out soil-building prac tices. The notiAcation does not have to >e in writing, he. continued. The mportant thing is to inform the ?ommitteemen. Then in checking up on a grow r's compliance, the committeemen /ill take note of the practices car ied out and give the farmer credit Mr them. Before a producer can qualify for he pavrflentsr the dean emphasized, e will be required to submit proof f the soil-building practices he has ollowed. This is why it is important to teep records, and notify the com* nitteemen of all such practices ob erved in connection with the new irogram.
