Brown entertained Thursday night. February 10, from 8 to 11 o'clock in the home of Mrs. Alexander in honor of their niece, Mrs. Donnie Hardison, of Williams ton, a recent bride. This entertain, ment proved to be a shower. The two rooms thrown ensuite were beautifully decorated with flowers. As the guests arrived they were requested to leave their gifts in big boxes placed on the porch for that purpose and were later pre sented in the form of parcel post packages to the bride. After various games were enjov ed and refreshments served, (hi bride with the groom were pre. sented with the packages.
