Leslie W. Bailey, son of Mrs. Chas.
D. Bailey, of Olinger, Va., has just
recently been promoted to the rank
of captain with the U. S. Army in
North Africa. Captain Bailey has
been overseas since April, 1942, and
was with the forces taking Mateur,
Hill 609 ane Tunis. His wife, the
formal Miss Sarah Holliday, and
their small son are making their
home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
