IN MEMORIAM
In memory of our dear father and
husband, William L. Andrews, who
departed from this life June 19th,
1944,
It was Father’s Day a year ago,
W'1 began to realize what we didn’t
want to know:
That you—with us—could no longer
stay,
Ere the next day came, you had
slipped away.
In the month of June, the nineteenth
day,
God called on you, your debt to pay.
We all must pay that debt, we know.
But Father dear—we miss you so.
We’ve just carried flowers out to
you,
Your favorite color—the Hydrangea
blue.
You lived each petal with your life,
To your loving children, without one
strife.
God took you home for 'twas His
will,
Yet in our hearts, you’re living still.
We’re trusting in His loving care,
For by that same will—we’ll meet
you there.

and Family.
