The report is expected to point out that large-scale business with Russia will create jobs for American business in the next crucial years. The delegation stressed this point in an interview with Ambassador Averell Harriman. It is understood that when Harriman sugested Rus sia was not now in a position to ex port materials sufficient to pay off the American loans, the delegation pointed out that credits should be considered a long-range proposition, for thirty or fifty years. Another feature of the report will bo a recommendation that corres ponding unions of the U. S. S. R. and the U. S. A. should exchange dele gations. In the experience of the CIO delegation, an intimate contact with the Soviet trade union leaders cleared up misunderstanding and promoted a genuine sense of mutual interest. -4ts Is it too cold to open the garage doors while you warm up the car on these winter mornings?
