Home on Furlough
Sgf. Jim Critcher, stationed at
George Field, Illinois, with the Army
Air Corps, arrived last Saturday to
spend a two weeks’ furlough here
with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Titus
Critcher.
Improving in Hospital
Mr. Ben Long Rives, a patient in
a Richmond hospital since the latter
part of last November, is showing
much improvement, but it is not
known when he will be able to re
turn home.

Fort Bragg Sunday and is now wait
ing for his discharge under the point

discharge from the service under the
point system and has returned home
after a stay of two years in the U.
S. Navy.
Expected Home
