Mrs. James C. McCloskey.
mother of Mrs. J. D. Woolard. Sr.,
of Williamston, d'ed at her home
in Baltimore last Friday afternoon
at 1 ;00 o’clock after a lingering
illness She was 76 years of age
and lived all her life in Baltimore.
Mrs. McCloskey made many
friendship" during regular visits
here with her daughter, but she
had been unable on account of
failing, health to get away from
home since June. 1946. when she
made her last visit here.
Funeral services were conduct
ed in a funeral chapel in Balti
more Monday a'ternoon. inter
ment following in the family plot
in the cemetery there.
Surviving besides her daughter
here, are a son, V/. B. McCloskey
of Baltimore; and two daughters.
