Half Dozen Cases Jn J. P. Courts Business recovered from an enrly spring slump in the justices of the pence courts here this week when six cases were booked for trial. In his sessions. Justice J. L. Has sell fined James Midgett S10 and taxed him with the cost for being drunk and disorderly, and sus pended a 30-day jail sentence upon the payment of $6.50 cost in the case charging Mamie Peel with disorderly conduct. Justice R. T. Johnson handlec four eases, as follows: Charged with skipping a bonre bill. Claud Padgett, Jr., was di rected to pay the board bill and S5.85 costs. Drunk and disorderly. Clyde Clark was fined $5 and required to pay $5.1)5 costs. Charged with being drunk and disorderly, Sylvester Wynne was fined $10 and taxed with the costs. Charged with fishing without licenses.
