Side-dress
WITH
Nitrogen
The North Carolina Extension Service recommends
side-dressinq corn with nitrogen, equal to—
^ 375 to 500 pounds per acre of
ARCADIAN*
the American Nitrate of Soda
or
300 to 400 pounds per acre of
A-N-L1
(Ammonium-Nitrate-Limestone)
1
Don't let your corn plants become yellow
and starved from lack of nitrogen. Nitro
gen starvation means low yields of corn pro
duced at high cost. Side-dress with nitrogen
low to keep your corn green and growing,
vigorous and productive.
When you use plenty of nitrogen, corn makes
quick, vigorous growth . . . develops healthy,
deep-green foliage . . . resists dry weather and
produces abundant yields of low-cost, high
quality grain.
^See your fertilizer dealer today! Place your
order lor ARCADIAN, the American Nitrate oT ''u"'*
wait—you may be late! Side-dress corn now!
