Last week near Jamesville, some bear or bears had been kill ing the hogs of Dempsey Mizell j who farms, assisted by his two i sisters, Misses Lizzie and Mosella ■Mizell. Mr. Mizell with the two women started out to catch Mr. [Bruin in his ugliness. His Ma jesty was located in a thicket and (the young women went in with j the dogs to run him out. They i were successful and as the beast appeared in the open he was killed by Mr. Mizell.
