The Sou therner is going to try to ans ver these questions in a series of editorials soon to be pub lished. The development ol our city can be greatly pro moted by the growth and en couragement of this spirit of Community neighborliness. THE BUSINESS OUTLOOK What are the business pros pects, for the fall and winter'.' ,Will there be only a gradual recovery from the recent dull times? Or is this country on the verge of a big business ex pansion, as many competent authorities believe? The Southerner believes the city of Tarboro 's becoming its old .self once again. Merchants of theicity declare business is qn the, boom and as the fall season nears an end and winter dAwns upon us people gener ,fty (,wjll forget the late slump and begin buying on an ad vancing market. Every man, woman and qhild in our community is af fected by the general business -trend, and it is their duty to buy now while prices are low and stimulate purchasing all commodities at home.
