of la-t week by Mr Itoettcher at
the instance of Alderman .1. W.
Ballance and as this discussion
shows considerable confusion as
fo what the report contained the

Mr. Pallance imported to the

He was appointed a committee to
investigate the matter and engag
ed the service of Mr. Hoettchei,
public accountant to go over the
books of the tax collector and san
itary inspector. Mr. Itoettcher
confines his report to sanitary I
taxes. His finding; are as fol
